Incompetant service at Clicks Parkview Branch

I was so disappointed with Clicks Park View branch. They could not give me the correct prescription mg amount as it was indicated on their screen. After explaining and arguing with the lady and manager at the counter that the prescription was for 40 mg Oratane 30 pills or 20 mg 60 pills, they still only wanted to give me 20 mg 30 pills. I eventually had to go all the way to Clicks Olympus, where the staff knew what they were doing and give me the correct mg prescription, without any argument. Not only did Clicks Parkview branch waste my time on a Sunday, but also wasted my petrol that is nowadays so expensive. I will now only go to Dischem where I always got good service. I might pay a little bit more at Dischem rather than to have bad service at a Clicks branch.
