Incompetant rude service

I have just been to Clicks Waverley plaza to get my repeat script. The sales assistant Butala was extremely rude and barely greeted me. When i handed him my clubcard he could not get my profile. He then asked for my id number which I gave him. After the 4th time he asked me my id number and still not able to type it in correctly, I asked him what is wrong with him and if he was drinking something. He immediately got aggrdssive and accused me that I insulted him and refused to serve me. He then turned around and walked away. I have been a client for years up to today. Please send me a copy if my repeat script and i will take it to Dischem. This is gross incompetancy and he should not be allowed to work with the public
