Incometend Pharmacy staff

Not very happy with the service I received. It's as if the staff just wants to get you out. So I went to pick up my repeat prescription as per sms 166690 from Wingtip Clicks.

I get told it is the last repeat, which I query, and get told she will look, but not while I am there, so it will not be done. Then I get to the till and its R100 more than I always pay, and as stated on sms. Again I go to here, and get told it must have gone up. So I am just to accept this, after stating I always pay R208 also as per sms, and now it's R308. I was helped by Lyncia Kokera.

So I get home to check my last month’s repeat of 21/07/2018 and it clearly says repeat 3 of 5, and not as stated by her 5 of 5 and last repeat.

I don't have time to drive up and down for this incompetence. I tried phoning to speak to a manager, after phoning 5 times, someone picked up and I was told she is busy and will phone me back, which has not happened. I am considering taking this matter to SAPC and consumer council, as this is not the first time having issues here.

I still have last months repeat boxes to compare with this month, and I took pictures of all to send to you.
