Incident

I slipped and fell at Clicks in four ways (Cedar square) because of their slippery floors, I hurt my arm and my phone is completely damaged . I reported the incident to the manager and he said he escalated and will call me back today but still hasn't ! The manager did not even ask how I am feeling and looked so bored and not interested . I went back to see if I can get feedback regarding the escalation but the manager wasn't there so I told the assistant manager that my arm is sore and she said there is nothing she can do. I want something to be done about my arm and I want my phone!!!
