Improved customer service and complaint resolution

*This is a follow-up up to my previous review. I would like to acknowledge that I did receive feedback from Clicks and they were able to resolve all of my issues. Although it did take a few months to eventually reach a conclusion, they did keep me updated every now and again, letting me know that they were aware of my complaints and were still in the process of resolving it.Updated score 4/5.
