improper racial comments and false accusation

On the 17/10/2015 upon arrival at Clicks we realised that the Pampers sensitive shelf had a red sticker of R 185 a pack. We took three of these packs and went to the counter. While the cashier was scanning these products he realised that the price reflecting on their system was not the price indicated on the shelves and then he called the manager. The Manager went to the shelves and realise that the item on sale it is a great value pack, yet a bulk of Jumbo Packs were packed in that area .She came to the till and told us that the item on sale it is the great value pack not the jumbo pack. We kindly asked her why Clicks packed jumbo packs which are not on sale on a shelf with a red tag for a different product and that it was misleading to their customers. Her response was that their customers have moved the products from their respective shelves. I asked her how possible it is for their customers to move around bulk stock from one shelf to another. Then she changed her statement and said \The customers have a tendency of moving the price tags
