<p>I have had the pleasure of on the following two occasions of experiencing outstanding SERVICE at the "Self- Med & Prescriptions" Counters at various times, at our Sunridge Park Shopping Village in Port Elizabeth.</p> <p>The first occasion I needed Advice and Assistance for repeats on the Doctors Prescription. Vannessa Kemp not only handled my query efficiently but went that " extra mile" to solve a mistake made by the In-Hospital Pharmacy, Vannessa need not have handled the mistake, but undertook to have the problem sorted - what a star & impressive service. </p> <p>The second occasion I went to the "Self-Med" Counter to get Probiotic -9, as my wife had undue bowel inconsistency. brought on by the side effects of the Doctors Prescriptions. Alistair Webbe (Student - Locum) assisted, he felt that he needed more information to recommend, he suggested using Imodium also, if the Probiotic did not solve the bowel problem. Glad to say that Imodium would not have been needed. </p> <p>Sorry for this "lengthy" letter to express my delight & happiness over the impression made by these two pharmacists.
