Impossible to make appointment for Flu Vaccine

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>Not only have a made a request on your website, but phoned nearby pharmacies on more than one occassion to book an appointment for a flu vaccine.</p> <p>I ask to be transferred to the clinic, who does not answer the phone and I get diverted back to the main line (apparently she is with a patient - even 08:59 and 13:00). Then the same process comes about. Taking down my number and promising a call back. I have been trying since last week to book an appointment to much dismay.</p> <p> </p> <p>It seems as though Clicks does not need my business and does not value Customer Service - therefor I will go to Dischem from now on.</p>
