Imdissapointed and unhappy

I bought toletries totaling to R310.00 then one of the items was yardley matte vnly not knowing i bght the wrong product lipgloss shine yardley i only noticed sunday the 3rd when to charlsiville clicks 4 returns was told that by manager they cldnt find code because it was removed bcs i hat trown slip in the bin but hd original copy bcs i hd swiped with my debit card even on the slip R119.99 was showing with no help i had to go home im sorry but from now on edgars or foschini will be my best option im one of loyal customers who are given points i even hv gold clicks card because i buy toiletries monthly but pick npay , shoprite may will treat me better sorry
