I’m writing this complaint about my online order # 251209‑801‑0155

I’m writing this complaint about my online order # 251209‑801‑0155, placed on 09 December for an airfryer . After the item was listed as out of stock, I opted to receive the refund via my bank details and sent those details on the 10th December 2025 day.

I haven’t received any confirmation that the refund has been processed, nor any request for further information. I've been emailing them back and forth asking them about my refund there's no response at all😠
