I'm so Dissapointed!!!!!

I was turned back at Clicks Randburg Square yesterday because their speed points at tills does not take FNB Private clients (black card) they tried 3different tills still the same, after a had waited over 30min for their manager I was only given an option to go withdraw so I can pay cash, who on earth still carry cash around….. just because such big retail store Clicks tills does not have facilities for FNB Private Clients cards I am so flabbergasted as this is not the first I’ve experienced this with Clicks, three weeks back I was turned back at Clicks Appletons Village also for the same issue so this means it won’t be resolved and I would just have to carry cash if a wish to buy from Clicks stores, I’m so disappointed, even small retail stores never turned me bac****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please resolve this as I will not carry cash around just to buy from Clicks
