Im not happy with the service i received from Clicks the Marc

Im not happy with the service i received from Clicks the Marc. Went there with my coleague for shopping. While we were busy shopping and checking staff, a lady by the of Thandeka Sukazi came and profiled us as shoplifters. Following that were followed throughout the shop till we got to the till. I found that really offensive and disrespectful, why would she think we came to the shop to *****? Do we not qualify to shop at clicks?. What gives her the nerve to profile us like that. Im really offended She made my shopping very traumatic today.
