I'm ****ed with the management @Alex plaza he was not helpful whatsoever

I board a hair dryer on the 26th of April at clicks Greenstone. I only used the dryer twice it had a funny burnt smell. I took the dryer back at clicks Alexandra plaza of which i met with the store manager Godfrey mampa. I told him the problem with the dryer so i didn't have the original slip but i took a photo of my slip i tried showing him he just refused to look at the slip he just told me that he can't help me with the receipt thats on my phone. So i even asked him to check the receipt on my clicks card .if its possible he said No. Now i'm stuck with a dryer thats not working
