Ignoring emails for refund

Clicks how long does it take for you to refund money back to a bank account after you cancelled the order online for something that was in stock. You then decided to refund in cash back we called to ask for money to be refunded back into the bank account you deducted from n you were fast to remove the cash back yet the money is not refunded in the bank account n it's been days. You ignore all emails n on Facebook messenger you said someone will contact me but didn't n that was yesterday. I want that money refunded back to my bank account before end of business today
