********, rude and unpleasant service!

Worse service from a cashier at Jabulani mall Clicks. Thokozile decided to not package all my items, got home only to realise the missing items so I called and she first denies this happening then later acknowledges her mistake. Instead of reaching good service she decides to place me on hold go back to the till and leave me hanging on the phone. I had to drop and redial minutes later. I'm not happy that she was ********, rude and doesn't take customer service seriously. Now I need to use my own money to go pick up items after wasting over R40 on airtime just to resolve this. The staff needs to realise that such is not acceptable and money wastage on the customer's side. Spending money to just collect what was not packaged with no compensation!
