Ignorance and Bad Services

m real dissapointed at Clicks, i went to one of the clicks to collect my Chronic medication which they are very aware that i cant go a day without it, yesterday i was told to come today as they will be able to order it by then, but today when i went there was told that the medication is not ordered and i should wait for the sms, but to my suprise the pharmacist who told me that is aware that i cant go a day without taking the medication.
