If your staff doesn't want to help us they should say

My name is Siyabonga Mhlongo ***), Today - the 26th of July '21, was in the Sandridge Branch. i went in and asked if the Besemex was available and the lady at the pharmacy said yes - i then went on to take a number and wait for about 30 minutes only to get to the self-medication counter and be told it was not there. Your staff blatantly **** and wasted my time only to be told öhh well its finished" i asked and waited in line this is not right because its just a waste of time and inconsideration. Please teach your staff basic decency t just respect peoples time
