if there was a -0 I'd rate this consultant that who is messing up this stores name Clicks pharmacy Aucklandpark

I am very disappointed in the Pharmacy service at clicks Auckland park, The guy who worked at counter 1 today at 1pm was very unprofessional, he didn’t have a name tag but he is Tsonga speaking man, he assisted his Tsonga mate for over 25min, walking up and down slowly and looking at us to see if we could complain or not, the other counters were moving the queue but he decided to sit down and have a continuous loud conversation with his friend laughing very loud and I mean loud... with sick patients on the que listening to him, he couldnt even hear the customers complaining, even after he was done, he sat there and had a conversation. This is not the 1st time I went for my meds and he was walking around taking his time. What happened to customer experience? Ethics? Why was he in the counter if he wasn’t there to help or work? Why choose the line of work if you couldnt care about sickly people waiting for your help

I find that not to be only unprofessional but also insensitive with no empathy towards the patients and customers in the store and I would really like this to be addressed because he looked so comfortable in doing it, you can see he is used to it
