If it's service you're after steer clear of Clicks

I have sadly had it with Clicks ,such a pity as the products they sell are good but the service has much to be desired. It's management I tell you ! My story is simply too long to type out and I'm now in a rage after speaking to no less then 3 Clicks people over the phone,but if it's service you're after stay clear of Clicks and try the opposition ,Dischem springs to mind. Go to the Clicks website and try write a complaint (this happened last time to) ,after filling in the form it simply comes up with "something when wrong" (sorry for you !!) ,and thanks it ,so we cannot even complain on their website. Oh mighty Clicks how you have fallen. Adam Osborn
