I will never set my foot at Clicks ever again

I bought Avant Teats. Only to find when we got home that they were the wrong size. I too them back with the slip and packaging yesterday 16.08.2015. I was chucked out told they are not in their original packaging and they cant be sold again. The manner those ladies spoke to me left a lot to be desired. secondly I have a life ling relationship with clicks I expected better treatment. What am I expected to do with those teats now? Customer care goes a long way. I spend not less than a R 1000.00 per month at Clicks. But they could not exchange or refund an item for less than R80.00. Clearly I cant spend my money where I am not valued. It did not matter that my child needed to feed on proper bottles. Whilst in the packaging you cannot really tell the sizes you have to open and fit. Thank you this is where it ends there are many other shops my loyalty to you was not appreciated.
