I will never buy from clicks again

On the 4th of March l ordered a kambrook mini oven from clicks. It was delivered a few days after. On the 4th of April as l was cooking something there was a strange smell like a burnt clutch. I went outside to check only to realise the smell was in my kitchen. I came closer to the stove and realised there was smoke coming on the sides. I panicked and switched it off. I wrote to clicks the same evening and received a condescending response from Carmen Londt. I called and was given a ref number. This morning l called the man was exasperated and told me to check the terms and conditions and that l would have to take the item to a nearby clicks store. I bought this mini oven online for my convenience. Why must l walk around carrying an item that was bought online. I have not been able to use this oven since the 4th of April and clicks does not seem to care. If they are not for the convenience of customers then they must close the online store. Furthermore if their customer service employees are so exasperated then they need new jobs. I am not happy with how clicks is handling this situation and they can never pay me enough to buy from them again
