I was so embarrassed.

I visited Clicks, Heritage Mall, Kathu on 27 December 2020.

While I was paying the cashier knocked over a nail polish I was buying by accident. It fell on the floor and broke. She said sorry, not a heartfelt sorry, like in I didn't see you sorry. I told her the bottle broke, she said I know.

I had nail polish all over my one foot and shoe. Once again I told her the bottle broke. The manager, standing behind her, asked what was wrong. The cashier answered in their language and they both stared at me.

I had to bend over to reach the counter, as there was nail polish all over. Clicks was full of customers, and all of them stared at me as well. I was so embarrassed.

I had to try to clean my foot and shoe with the sanitizer at the door.

This is not how you treat a customer. It was only an accident, but at least the could've sent a cleaner.

Honestly, I don't know if I'll ever visit that branch again.
