I was humiliated.

I regularly collect my monthly repeats for my condition prescribed by my Dr. I complained to the manager Sumaya 3 times for the short supply of my meds without my knowledge, I only notice when I have to drink it. The manager always promised it will not happen again and it still happens. The last time I reported this, I was humiliated by Sumaya, she said the reason she can think of why the dispatchers forget to put all my meds is because I have a long list. Sumaya forgot that the long list is the one that pays her salary. I don't know whether I should speak to my Dr to reduce my list to make Clicks Pharmacy Maponya mall's life easy. She doesn't consider that I use my petrol and time and still have to queue when collecting the other meds that was not supp****. There was no empathy from the manager just excuses. Clicks Maponya is convenient for me, I'm going to use it.
