I was an employee there, I recently had an incident that led to my unfair dismissal. After that I appealed the sanction because I also believe I didn't have a fair trail/disciplinary hearing. I never got any form of response, then I followed up on my request, still no response. After the sitting I asked the chairperson to scan all the documents and send them to my personal email, he promised to do so, but till today, I haven't received anything. Meaning they didn't have any desire to fulfill my request to appeal
