I WANT MY ORDER CLICKS!!!

I placed an order via online shopping, which I have done before with no problems. I waited the entire day yesterday for delivery. Just before 17h00 I received an SMS to say my order has been delivered, well it has NOT been delivered to received by me. Phoned the courier RAM who said it's been delivered, clearly to the wrong person in another area apparently. As a pensioner, I cannot afford for these mistakes to happen, as I am not in the position to financially, and I need the items that I ordered desperately. I emailed Clicks, who said they have escalated my issue to another department. That is not good enough Im afraid, that does not solve the problem to be shoved from pillar to post and then discarded. I WANT MY ORDER CLICKS!!!!!
