I want my money back

I advice everyone not to do online shopping for this store I bought an airfryer online 3 weeks ago a d I never received it as it was out of stock they decided to put my money on my clicks card I went to the store for a refund to my card they didn't say anything about 20days refund I have called and asked customer service to pay me my money well I have to wait for 20day after 3weeks of purchasing the most annoying part is that they didn't call me to ask if I want the money to go to my club card or my actual bank account that I paid the purchase with clicks is not a store to go to when you want to do online puchas3
