I visited the Clicks at Alberton city shopping center branch today, and i must say i am beyond appalled by the service i received

I visited the Clicks at Alberton city shopping center branch today, and i must say i am beyond appalled by the service i received. I was in queue for self medication when i was jumped by a lady who arrived after me to be assisted by a pharmacist who allowed this lady with no disability or any condition to cut the queue. I was waiting patiently for over 30 mins to be called only for a person who arrived only 10 mins later to be assisted instantly. When i saw this happen i approached the manager on duty 12 august around 5 to advise how is it possible for a person whose ticket has not been called to cut the queue as soon as they noticed i am causing a scene they made the next available pharmacist assist me, they came ip with an excuse that no the pharmacist had called her, and dismissed me. So what is the reason to be using the ticket system if clicks management allow people who are way back to cut the queue just because they know each other, i am very appalled behavior as there was a pregnant lady who stood almost 40mins patiently waiting for her turn but no a random person with no serious sign of disability or sickness is made to jump a queue to be precise my ticket number was s267 and the lady who was made to jump the queue ticket ref was s271.
