I ordered Kambrook airfryer from Clicks online on the 19/08/2021 for R1189

I ordered Kambrook airfryer from Clicks online on the 19/08/2021 for R1189. 30 on the 21/08/2021 Clicks send me an email to inform me that the airfryer is out of stock i should send them my banking details and id copy for them to refund my money to the account that i used for the transaction i did that on the 23/08/2021 up to today i have not received my refund, when i email them i just get excuses that the matter is referred to finance department and they waiting for feedback. I have been very much inconvenienced by Clicks, this would have never happened if they did not advertise and sell online the items they don't have.Order number#***
