I had the most worst experiences ever at click Golden acke in cape town on the 4/03/2026. I made a purchase inside the store it apparently declined I first paid using my Capitec card to make the payment after I was told it declined and I told the manager the payment went through...I went onto my banking app and sent him and showed him the proof the payments went out of my Capitec account..because I needed the product I decided to pay with my other card which is from my standard bank account...that purchase went threw because at this stage they made me pay at another till....after numerous calls money I wasted on airtime to call I still did not receive my money today i also laid a formal complaint with the customer service department of which the agent dropped the call in my ear....this is my ref number: ***
