I had been to Clicks at the Gateway branch

I had been to Clicks at the Gateway branch. I had recently purchased a steam iron from them. I was having issues with the product and needed an exchange as my receipt had been still valid for my warranty. The staff had said they could not help me and also said there is nothing wrong with the item. I had gone to the Cornubia branch and they were absolutely so helpful. I am never again shopping at the branch in Gateway! They treat us customers very differently.
