I had a terrible experience at Clicks Westgate Roodepoort

I had a terrible experience at Clicks Westgate Roodepoort. From the security to the unfriendly staff. I returned a faulty product and the Dis however help me with it, but with an unnecessary attitude and enduring process. I repor the incident on various platforms and nothing seemed to have happened. No one ever got back to me. That when I informed then (Clicks) that I would no longer be a valued customer of them and still to this day nothing happened. So that is my story. Poor customer service from such a big and well known company.
