I feel insulted

At Clicks Doringkloof branch I was followed from the point I came in till I left. I felt so uncomfortable and disgusted. I didn't eben finish my shopping. I was the only black customer at the time. I will never buy from them again. I could hear the staff talking about me. Do I look like a ********? Or my crime is being black? I would like an answer to that please. What a disgrace!!!
