I bought a shaving machine for my daughter on the 24th of March this year 2025. On Saturday my daughter tolled me that the shaver does not work anymore, and that she charge it regularly, but it still does not work. So myself and my husband returned it to clicks Eersterivier. We spoke to the manager,, she said we did not read the back of the till slip.... But when I bought it the cashier said mam, you have a 12 month guarantee on the item.. On the box it says 12month garantee.. The item broke with in 6 months.. The manager took the item and the till slip and said she will send it back, to see if they can fix it...
