I bought a nebuliser a year ago, and i understand that they have a 1 year guarantee on their brand nebuliser

I bought a nebuliser a year ago, and i understand that they have a 1 year guarantee on their brand nebuliser. My issues is that this is a product i don't use everyday. and after a year of having it , its broken. i have asked them even to just have a look at it or just replace it because winter is not a good season for me with my chest. They just refused point blank . I had a nebuliser before the clicks brand and that lasted for 10 years. It was ****** but it was still working perfectly. I want to know does Click manufacture products for it to just last a year? these machines are expensive , and this is a machine that does not get used everyday like a kettle ect. so why cant they just have a look at it or replace it it is their Brand.
