I am truly appalled by the service of Clicks blue route mall

I returned a faulty hairdryer to the store which the manager would not refund because she felt it was not faulty ,after standing and arguing for more than 30 minutes in the store she decides to call the security ,what in heavens name happened to customer service . I am appalled to say the least by the service I received at Clicks blue route mall , the store manager has no way with customers. My husband an kids had o wait on me in the car while Ieslah spoke toe infront of everyone in store like she wanted. The way I was treated was embarrassing to say the least .
