I AM SICK AND TIRED OF CLICKS

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I am sick and tired of the disgusting and pathetic service i receive at not only one but all the Clicks branches i visit. This month (February) the *********** stupid pharmacist as he likes to call himself dispensed my mothers repeat medication on my name and medical aid for the second month in a row. I have been working in the medical industry for 6 years now and i can only laugh at the actions of Clicks Pharmacy Cornwall Hill Pretoria East. I also want an apology letter from you addressed to my medical aid informing them of the stupid mistake you've made. They can easily come back to me and advise me that i have had an existing condition should i ever have to consult a specialist in the field of the medication that my mother uses. According to me there is also a Protection of Personal Information Act that should be preventing you to dispense on the wrong medical aid OR are your pharmacist failing to have their prescriptions double checked. 1. I want an apology letter from the pharmacy.2. I want someone to contact me in order for all my profiles to be moved to my own name which has been seemingly impossible for every dumb pharmacist i have encountered at every Clicks.3. I want all my repeat prescriptions currently active to be emailed to me in order for me to switch to Dischem. Thank you in advance. I expect an email or phone call within the next 48 hours or all hell will break loose.
