I am in pain!!!! And I was refused assistance for the Clinic nurse along with Bad attitude

I am angry beyond belief........ I made an appointment at 11:30am at Clicks Village view in Bedfordview online. The booking was for my 2-month contraceptive injection. I get there at 11:20am so I can make sure that I'm there on time and back at work on time. I sat there until 11:35 and I knocked on the door stating that I have an appointment at 11:30am and explained I need to be back at work as it should have only taken 15 minutes to get the injection. She told me she is still busy, and I must wait.... at 11:46am I asked the staff members if they can please do something about this as my boss wants me back in the office. They knocked and told her the situation and sent the patient out that she was busy with for God knows how long. Both the nurse and the "Patient" gave me a dirty look. The nurse says to me what can I help you with in a very rude manner, she didn't even look at me. I told her I'm there for my government stock injection as I booked it online and I always come to Clicks Eden meadows to have it done with no problem. She then say's to me laughing and smirking " where is your script? " I told her I have never needed one as it's government stock? she says sorry I can't help you...???????? I then complained to the assistant manager and told her what happened, and she did nothing about it. I was late for work, and I got into trouble, leaving with no injection administered... I can't believe the attitude and the treatment I have received. Now I have to sit in pain as I have endometriosis, and I needed the injection. I couldn't go to Eden meadows because I wouldn't make it on time before the clinic closes...... If there was an option to give no stars on the rating, I would have done that.... I'm shocked
