Hyde Park Clicks Terrible Service

Clicks Pharmacy in Hyde Park gave me the worst service Vutivi. I ordered Champix from Clicks and they took money from the medical aid, they Pharmacist who took my prescription said I would be called back. He took my number and and doubled check to see if my number is correct, and said I will get my medication the next day. The next day comes and I call to ask if my medication has arrived and I am told that its on the way. And I will be called once my medication has arrived. The 2nd day, still I am not called or recieved an sms about my medication arriving. Now I want my prescription back so I can use my money elsewhere the Pharmacist on Duty called Vutivi refuses to help me. I have been using clicks for my medication for years but the services provided in Hyde Park is beyond disgraceful. They mess up their own paper work and do not know how to track their own customer information. They are *********** and disrespectful
