Hummilation

Good morning

My name is Mr Elias Shashapa Tsotetsi, I am a big customer of your shop. Yesterday ( 13/01/2026) in the afternoon around 17:00 I was at clicks mall of the south as I always buy my toiletries and other staff there. Well, I did my shopping ok and paye,d for my staff. As I was to leave the door security checked my slip then took me on the sine but what amazed me the way the checked my till slip and my items in the shopping bag they were slow, then I told her that I have to rush to Di scherm can she be quick. Then they opened the bag that I was caring in my bag I had the soft drink and the doom that I had it from work, The point is how I was humiliated in front of the staff and customers . Worst part the call some Big body guys not in full uniform not wearing a name badge even that door security she was not wearing name badge . I asked him to go and look at the shop footage then he did that then he went to do that but during that time I was so humiliated all the eyes were on me as was a *****. I think this got something to do with Racial problem and disrespecting black customs because they were not gonna do that if I was white . Then that big stomach guy came back from watching footage Telling me that , " ok this are not our thing"

So as a customer of clicks I believe I was humiliated in front of the customers and staff but people who are not in full uniform , and good manner of approach , having racial issue, and who could show me the policy of Declaration of coming with items in the shop.

I was not happy realy with everything.
