Humiliation from Manager

I was just at Clicks at the Mall of the South. Some chocolate were on promotion. So I took them because of that so when I got to the till they were not on promotion. So I told the lady to cancel the rest and I'll just take 1. So she called the manager to Susan Khanyisile to cancel, where she started ridiculing me in her own languages about how I can't read yet I speak English, how pretty but dumb I was while the rest of the customers were laughing thinking I don't understand. Her attitude towards me was very unprofessional and very rude and when I asked if that is an attitude of a manager she had no remorse about what she did and said I can report her if I want to and no apology from her, and still going on about how dumb I was.
