Hugo Maree (arrogant and disgusting)

I am very disappointed in Hugo Maree's arrogant and disgusting behavior towards my pregnant wife today.

She went to Atlantis Clicks Pharmacy where we always get excellent service from the likes of Uthmaan. Hugo assisted my wife. She needed antenatal vitamins to be claimed off a specific ICD10 code. Hugo proceeded with the claim and did his own thing not listening to my wife and asking for the relevant code.

She asked him to speak to Uthmaan whereby he snidely remarked that she can if she can find him and continued on his way assisting another customer. I find Hugo's attitude towards my wife completely arrogant and disgusting. We are longstanding clients and he is not doing anyone a favor but to do his job.

Fortunately, Uthmaan was able to assist and remedy the situation.
