How many Clicks do you need?!

Clicks delivers the world's worst Customer Experience! You wait 20 mins in the self meds queue to get some Andolex & ACC200 cold meds, then the guy keys in Tolstoy's War & Peace in their antiquated "IT system" for another 10 mins and then to add insult to injury they don't trust you to walk to the till with your labelled plastic bag, they put the stuff in a metal cage and cable tie it closed! This send the worst possible message about not trusting the patron who walked in for a cure? When I've complained about he time it takes , the lack of trust - (what are they afraid of? You're going to rip open yr bag of meds and slip a can of deodorant in on the way to the till?) and the impracticality of securing and snipping a cable tie with every transaction and impatient customer, all you get is a pathetic shrug of the shoulders and a "thats the way they want us to do it". Shame on Clicks and your shambolic customer experience. We call it CX in the IT world, perhaps they need to look at some business process improvement exercise urgently? Never going back - its like a time warp back to the 80s!!
