How I can get through?!

I am Clicks customer for the past 20 years and have their benefit club card for at least 15.However ,not that I still did not move on from the blue card to higher level but I stopped receiving vouchers and benefits long,long time ago.I shop at the Clicks store every weekend and sometimes during the week as well.Every time I swipe my card but no benefits at all.I have complained many,many,many times in store,via email,phone,on the website forms..no reply.I did update my details many times-no result.My benefit points must go somewhere for sure?!<br> I give my card to my youngest daughter because she is using it even more than I did but still no any vouchers,benefits at all.My eldest daughter moved very quickly to golden card in very short period of time.<br> I would like to know why no one is ever respond to my complain,where is going my points which one must be accumulated by now very much?!<br> I like shopping at Clicks store but do not appreciate ignorance.<br> Sanja,Bloubosrand.
