How does one raise a query with Clicks via e-mail? I requested a copy of my prescription from Clicks Gateway as I'm not sure if the correct medication was dispensed. It has been over a week and Clicks has not bothered to revert to me as yet. I spoke to the pharmacist Neren this week and he advised he would send it to me and there has been nothing yet. My wife may be be taking the incorrect dosage for over a week now as a result of Clicks inability to communicate.
