How Clicks BAD service saved me money by pushing me to their competitors

The worst service I have ever had in clicks Cradlestone by the clinic. Went there to buy medication for my kids only to found out that there is a Qman that I was not aware of. Two ladies were free and one gentleman was assisting other customers. The two ladies were sitting and chatting to each other while I was sitting there for almost 10min. All of them failed to educate me about their new system, and decided to continue with their conversation. That’s sickening to see that a client is sitting in front of you and fail to acknowledge them, cause they not aware of the new system. Remember it’s my money that pays your salary and I will make noise about this **** service. I had to go to Di**** which I never use and I discovered that they way more cheaper than you clicks. I used to love clicks but after I discovered di**** thanks to your bad service, I’m not going back.
