Horror at Clicks

So I made my appointment to get my second jab of the Vaccine today at 4pm at Clicks Campus Square. The appointment was scheduled correctly with no hassles, I even requested an Uber just to make sure that I am there in time only to get to the door and be told by some rude lady that sorry for the inconvenience but they have already met their target of vaccinating 12 people for the day.

So I asked the lady why was the appointment approved if I was not even gonna be part of the 12 people that were counted she tells me that she thinks the cut off time must be changed on the website as they only take people till 15:30 wow what a shock.

The lady showed no remorse at all she just kept saying there is nothing she can do, my question is now why make people schedule appointments to not only adhere to those appointments, I am a very busy person but I here I am, I took my time, money and effort only to be told this utter nonsense I am really disgusted by the service that I have received.

I am a very loyal Clicks customer but lately I'm realizing that the people factor is missing within the Clicks organization if it's not online orders that are being messed up or delivered late then its the stinking attitude that one receives at your branches.
