Horrible staff with bad attitude. This is for the lady with the short hair and glasses at kempton square

Clicks Kempton Square

I have been a loyal customer at Clicks Kempton Square for a long time, but today I had an unpleasant and embarrassing experience with one of the staff members.

I asked for assistance from a staff member (short hair and glasses). From the start, she had an unfriendly attitude, which I decided to ignore. After paying for my item and preparing to leave, she unexpectedly called me back to check if I had actually paid. I was shocked, as this insinuated that I had attempted to leave without paying. When I produced my receipt to prove payment, she simply walked away without an apology.

She needs to work on her attitude and remember not to judge a book by its cover.
