Horrible Service: Worst Online Shopping Experience

I order a simple cologne online 11 days ago. It's still not with me. I have been shoved from pillar to post trying to receive an order i PAID for before my order was confirmed. Now I'm fighting for what i PAID for. How does this work? Do i also need to write a ten page essay to receive this order? A DNA sample? Underwear size? Slaughter a white chicken? Sew a voodoo doll?' I have had ENOUGH. I absolutely HATE the service. I am livid. Clicks is the worst shop ever and I want an extra cologne on them for the inconvenience. How can I pay for something and then chase after then to receive it?' NEVER EVER waste your hard earned money on this fly by night shop. Rather go to EDGARS Red Square at least there you get what you pay for without any hassle. Masepa a lona maan. I'll NEVER buy from you guys again.
