Horrible service received from staff nurse in BT Ngebs clicks in Mthatha

Id like to report horrible service i received from the staff nurse in BT NGEBS clicks. Today, the 28th of May i took my son for immunisation in the afternoon where i felt very unwelcome from the beginning of the consultation, the nurse was so arrogant before i even entered the consultation room, she told me did i see the time and it was 15mins before the clinic closes, she was so rude and was gentle with my son as a result he was crying so bad in a way I’ve never experienced before from the previous nurses, she then asked me to fill in a paper, while i was still filling in the paper she grabbed the paper and i didn’t even sign the paper. Ive never felt so unwelcome in a private clinic, felt like i was in a public clinic and i don’t forsee myself using the clinic ever again. Id suggest you speak with your nurse and she changes the way she conducts herself around people or people will move to other clinics. Pitty is don’t recall her names
