Horrible Service received

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I recently (about a month ago) visited a Clicks in Bethlehem Free State for a Pap Smear (something i do annually). Went and had it done and was told to wait 3-5 working days for my results. Not a problem... got a call about 5 days later to come collect my results, upon arrival A PROFFESIONAL NURSE , who does Pap Smear (not sure what for), gave me my results and told me she doesn't understand what the results say and that I should go visit a GP. I do not have a medical aid, and a GP on my side of the country will cost you roughly R650 just for consultation. I'm not working and I have a baby boy and are supported by my fiancè... Cervical Cancer awareness is currently doing the rounds and we go for testing (like we should for HIV/AIDS) but we receive no help... my question is, what was I paying for exactly? I thought it was for a pap smear, now i have to go pay a huge sum of money for a gp coz the Clicks Nurse couldnt read my results? Please Hello Peter kindly assist me..</span></p>
